Solenergy Systems Inc. has been commissioned by the Developer as the local EPC partner for the project and will be performing project construction during the course of development and implementation of the aforesaid 40MWAC (60MWp DC) solar PV project.
The developer, Terasu Energy Inc. (TEI), is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formed by Sindicatum Renewable Energy Holdings Philippines, Inc. (a subsidiary of SREC) to develop a 40MWAC (60WMpDC) Solar PV Plant near Concepcion, Philippines.
Sindicatum Renewable Energy Company Pte. Limited (SREC) develops, owns, invests, finances and operates renewable energy projects in target markets of South and South East Asia. The company has its headquarters in Singapore and has offices in Thailand, China, Indonesia, United Kingdom, India and Philippines.
